By using webmoz.ai, you agree to these terms.

1. What webmoz is

webmoz.ai is an AI co-founder. It helps you work out the business, build a website through a website builder, and run jobs you describe in your own connected accounts. Output can be wrong. You decide what to publish and what to charge.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the product lawfully
Give accurate account information
Connect only accounts you are allowed to use
Take responsibility for content webmoz publishes or schedules through accounts you connected, including posts, emails, and pages

3. Points and payments

Some actions spend points. A new account may start with a small balance. You can buy more points at the prices shown at checkout. Stripe processes the payment. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the points from that payment are reversed, and the balance is not taken below zero. Points already spent are not refunded as cash. There is no subscription product in the app today. If one is added, the price and renewal terms will be shown before you buy.

4. Connected accounts

If you connect a service through Composio or a direct login, you authorize webmoz to act in that account for the jobs you set up. You can disconnect it. You are responsible for what those jobs send or publish.

5. Suspension

We may suspend an account that abuses the product, breaks the law, or tries to misuse the models or the connected accounts.

6. Limits

webmoz.ai is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses from downtime, model mistakes, or a connected service failing.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
