webmoz.ai is an AI co-founder for people starting a business. This policy says what we collect, who processes it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion. It is not a certification.
When you use webmoz.ai, we collect:
We use it to run the product: draft the business, build the website handoff, run the jobs you describe, generate media, take payment, and email you about your account. We also use product analytics to see which parts of the site are used.
We do not sell your data. These services process it so the product can run:
New accounts may receive a small points balance. Paid points are usage credit, not a bank balance. If a payment is refunded or disputed, we reverse the points that payment added. The balance is not taken below zero. Points you already spent are not paid back as cash.
We keep your account data while the account is open. After we delete an account, copies can remain in backups for up to 7 days. Connected-account tokens are removed when you disconnect that account or when the account is deleted.
webmoz.ai is not for children under 13. If we learn we have data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
There is no self-serve delete button yet. Email support@webmoz.ai from the address on the account and ask for an export or for deletion. An export is a copy of the account profile and the business data stored for your ventures. Deletion removes the sign-in, the data stored under that account, and uploaded files we can still reach. We aim to do this within 30 days. Backups can take up to 7 days longer to age out.
You can disconnect a connected account from Integrations in the product. Privacy questions can also go to tom@webmoz.ai.
