# webmoz

> webmoz (webmoz.ai) is a Business Brain OS - an AI co-founder for first-time founders. It maintains one typed Brain per venture and projects it into Intake, a 6-gate Build Sprint, HQ, Growth Studio, Site, and Media Lab. The production app is at https://app.webmoz.ai.

webmoz is for people who want to launch an online business but don't know where to start, lack technical skills, or want to move faster with AI doing the heavy lifting. The platform researches your market, crafts brand and offer, produces a builder-ready spec, runs a weekly social content engine, and can take action in connected tools (Notion, Shopify, Canva, Stripe, Google Workspace, and more).

It is **not** a 5-pillar task checklist. Skills propose structured Brain deltas; you approve them (HITL); every surface reads the same Brain.

## What webmoz Does

1. **Intake** - Entry ramps: no idea, have idea, have brand, have site, or already running. Creates the venture and seeds the Brain.
2. **Build Sprint** - Six gates: Concept → Look → Voice → Product → Money → Build (skills such as define_venture, craft_brand, plan_product, pricing_model, project_build_spec).
3. **HQ** - Daily cockpit. The Slate answers "what next?"; decisions, skills, and the operating log live here.
4. **Growth Studio** - Weekly content generation, approval, scheduling, and performance-driven skill graph (live).
5. **Site & builders** - Deterministic build spec projected from the Brain; handoff to Lovable, Codex, Claude, and similar.
6. **Agents & Media Lab** - Connected-tool actions plus image/video generation with approval gates.

The Brain has 12 sections: identity, offer, customer, market, voice, visual, money, product, assets, constraints, traction, meta.
